Coco”NUTS”

While visiting the pirate ship the kids found a fallen coconut and thought we should see if they could open it. 

Easton had to be the one holding it and fell asleep with it like he does with his blanket.

Everyone had their own turn trying to crack the outer shell of the coconut.

       

Isn’t the technique great?

We all got to taste the coconut juice (not milk we learned later).

These lower pictures of Caiden and Camden crack me up!  I think they look like they are kissing the girl of their dreams.  Maybe it was good practice?  They discovered that they got more coconut juice out when they sucked it out rather than shook it out.

Easton seriously LOVED this coconut!  It got dropped in the sand and we tried to take it away and he would not have it!  Absolutely thought it was DELISH!!
